Follow the instructions below to create your online account:
1. Click Here
2. Select Homeowner/Resident Login at the top of the page
3. Select Don’t have an account? Create one now
4. Select Renter
5. Enter your address # and/or street name in the search bar (if you are a homeowner in an HOA, please enter the HOA name in the search bar) and click Search. When you have found your property, select This is My Property
*Your property should state “CityCom Real Estate Services” underneath
6. Enter your name (as shown on your statement), account number (please see the top right portion of your statement for your account number, labeled as “Tenant Pay ID”. DO NOT include the spaces), and log-in information.
7. Check the I agree to the terms and conditions of use box
8. Select Create Account
The following fees apply when making payments using Zego:
- Debit/Credit Card - $3.95 + 3.5% of the total
- ACH - $3.95
